The Inverted Umbrella is a high quality, new design where the frame opens and closes in reverse. The reverse open allows you to open your umbrella in tight areas such as entering and exiting doors and in and out of vehicles. As the umbrella closes inwards, the water is kept inside leaving the umbrella dry on the outside. The umbrella may then be opened at a later more convenient time to allow to dry.
The automatic open and close button makes operating very easy to use – one push and the umbrella opens, push the button again to close.

Delivery
Once your order has been received, we will pick and pack your umbrella within 48 hours. We will then arrange delivery through either Australia Post Or Sendle, which should arrive within 2-8 business days. We will send you an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that you can track your order for an estimated time of arrival from the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track or the Sendle website https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Returns
We are extremely confident that you will love your new umbrella, but on the odd occasion something goes wrong, you can simply return or exchange it for free within 14 days.
To organise a return or an exchange, please email into our support team at support@covermeumbrellas.com.au with your order number and the reason you would like to return your umbrella so that we can process your request.
We do require that the original shipping box is kept in good condition and used to return the product.
After being received and processed by our returns department, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.
